1. Digital Services – Final Sale
Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our services, all sales are final once access is granted.
No refunds are provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time or usage
- Exam results
- Immigration or PR outcomes
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:
- An incorrect or duplicate charge occurred, or
- A verified technical issue prevented access
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
