Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through LeTEFly, a brand operated by TEFly Language Training, a sole proprietorship registered in New Brunswick, Canada.

1. Digital Services – Final Sale

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our services, all sales are final once access is granted.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time or usage
  • Exam results
  • Immigration or PR outcomes

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect or duplicate charge occurred, or
  • A verified technical issue prevented access

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
